Welcome to VNRentals. By accessing or using our platform at VNRentals.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.
VNRentals is a rental listing platform connecting landlords and prospective tenants in Vietnam. We are not a party to any rental agreement between landlords and tenants.
2. Who Can Use VNRentals
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering as a landlord, you confirm that you have the legal right to list and rent the properties you advertise.
Tenants may browse and enquire anonymously without creating an account.
3. Landlord Accounts & Listings
Landlords must register an account and maintain an active subscription to publish listings. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring all listing information is accurate, up to date and not misleading
- Only listing properties you have the legal right to rent
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Complying with Vietnamese laws and regulations regarding property rental
VNRentals reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, misleading or harmful.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Landlord subscriptions are billed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via Techcombank bank transfer. Subscriptions are activated manually by our team within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Tenant Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through VNRentals, your contact details are shared with the landlord so they can respond to you directly. VNRentals is not responsible for the outcome of any communication or rental agreement between landlords and tenants.
Do not submit false, misleading or spam enquiries. We may block users who abuse the enquiry system.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use VNRentals to:
- Post fraudulent, false or misleading listings
- Scrape, copy or redistribute listing data without our written permission
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against any user
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Platform
- List properties you do not have the right to rent
- Engage in any activity that violates Vietnamese law
7. Limitation of Liability
VNRentals is a listing platform only. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, conduct property inspections or guarantee the quality of any rental. All rental agreements are made directly between landlords and tenants.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VNRentals is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between landlords and tenants, inaccurate listing information, or interruptions to the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform - including the VNRentals name, logo, and design - is owned by VNRentals. Landlords retain ownership of the photos and descriptions they upload, but grant VNRentals a licence to display this content on the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered landlords of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
